Luma CEO Thanks Drivers and Carriers at the 2020 Virtual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

Last week, Luma Brighter Learning was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Company of the Year – Consumer Products category in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

During her acceptance speech Luma CEO Dr. Gina Anderson thanked our clients:

“One behalf of the Luma® team, I want to thank the Stevie® Award organization for recognizing Luma “Brighter Learning” for company of the year for 10 employees or less, for our eNugget® Learning platform. There were so many outstanding companies nominated, our entire team is honored to receive this Gold Stevie® in a year that has proven to be so difficult for so many people.

During a time when we were able to stay safe and stay home, thousands of men and women working in transportation kept the world running. Thank you to the drivers and to the carriers who continue to keep our supply chains running safely and smoothly. This Stevie® is for all of you! You are our true heroes! Thank you.”

After receiving the award, Stevie® organizers asked “How do you believe winning a Stevie Award will help your organization in the future?” Gina replied,

“At Luma®, we’re committed, heart and mind, at what we do. We believe that winning a Stevie® helps us demonstrate to the community our passion and commitment to our customers. The Luma® team demonstrates time and time again that what we do for the learning field, we do well. We deliver on our promises. Thank you Stevies® for this recognition.”

From our award announcement:

“As we all know, this year has been unlike any other. We are honored to receive this award with all prestigious companies who were nominated. At the end of the day, it is our transportation clients who deserve this recognition. They are true heroes.”
