Create topic-specific learning paths and assignments and allow learners to select which lessons within the assignment to complete, based on which sub-skills they wish to explore further. Set a requirement for the minimum number of lessons they should complete. Then, use assessment data to assign any remaining assignments as remediation.

- Increases learners’ motivation to achieve by giving them ownership over their learning
