Our free Luma Learning Lessons include objectives, estimated time, materials and instructional procedures for classroom and online/blended teaching. We will provide strategies on how to use our new LumaLive technology to collaborate virtually in real-time. We include these pillars from our learning research to illustrate where they are infused in our lessons.

Instructional Procedures for F2F

1.	This class is going to involve in chat stations. This means setting up stations around the room.
2.	Post the Chat Station Prompts at each station. Feel free to create additional prompts that align with your company policies. Leave Chat Station Answer Sheets around the room.
3.	Tell the class to pick a chat station to start on. The goal is for them to discuss each question and to come up with a solution for their answer sheet.
4.	When they are done have them discuss the answers with the class. See which groups had the closest responses. Go over how to file a complaint and see if they can walk you through the process.
5.	Optional: Give out prizes for those groups who had the most well throughout examples and non examples.

Instructional Procedures for Blended/Online

1.	Provide the Coercion or a similar online content for online experience. This gives them an introduction before they meet.
2.	Set up a meeting in LumaLive or similar webinar technology.
3.	In the meeting, show the Chat Station Prompts and have each person post their responses in the chat room. Then you can discuss them out loud.
4.	For the examples and non-examples, have the group discuss as a large group potential situations.
5.	Share your screen and show how to file a complaint or where they can go to file a complaint.
