The holidays are here and that means lots of holiday cheer and joy, right? Unfortunately, for most people, the holidays can be a source of stress. For those suffering from depression, they can be a reminder of lost loved ones, financial hardships, or a negative past. While we all wish everyone a joyful holiday season, we encourage you to be sensitive that your employees, colleagues, friends, and family members might not have the warm holiday cheer in their spirit.
