Developed by education pioneer Jim Rowley who has dedicated 30 years to supporting school districts with innovative programming, this course is self-guided, leading the participants through a series of explorations to better understand themselves and the people they lead.

Profile

Jim Rowley is a Professor Emeritus of Education at the University of Dayton and is currently serving as a Professional Development specialist for the Montgomery County Educational Service Center in Dayton, Ohio. Jim has devoted his professional life to supporting school districts in the areas of entry-year programming, teacher evaluation, and leadership development.

Jim earned his doctorate in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University. After twenty years as a social studies teacher at Centerville High School he become a Professor of Teacher Education at the University of Dayton.
