During her acceptance speech Luma CEO Dr. Gina Anderson discussed the importance of client trust:

For us, this recognition represents the core of why we do what we do in the transportation industry; and that is to help meet the basic learning needs of each user. Thank you to our clients, who put their trust in us and thank you to the Stevie® Awards for this awesome recognition.”
After receiving the award, Stevie® organizers asked “What does winning a Stevie Award mean for your organization?” and “How do you think winning a Stevie Award will help your organization?”
