Luma Connections #15: Using Learning Communities to Evaluate Places

This year, Luma will provide specific strategies you can implement to connect learners remotely. We are calling these strategies our Luma Connections.

Teaching Tool: Discussion Board
Nugget the MascotThis is an online tool that allows learners to interact with each other to explore a topic and to discuss key concepts and concerts, share experiences, interact with each other, and to ask questions. Interactions are not in real-time and can be mentor-learner and learner-to-learner.

Tip:
Use Learning Communities to evaluate places.

Communities on the go…you know what this looks like. What if we could evaluate different places to help make decisions about where to get gas? Where to pull over and get rest when driving? The best places to eat?

A community of learners can help with ths. Set up a discussion board for learners to post evaluations on specific topics.
