Luma, an instructional design and learning company, is excited to announce our most recent hire of Dean James as Instructional Support Specialist. Dean comes to Luma with a passion for providing the best possible customer support, which aligns with our core value of commitment to our customers. He comes to Luma with over 5 years in providing top-notch customer service and is skilled in instructional technology, writing, and supporting learners with technology issues.

He is calm, has a great sense of humor, and the person I’d want to answer the phone to support me if I had technology troubles!”
Dean lives in South Carolina and comes with several years of experience of successfully supporting library patrons. He is a seasoned writer and loves writing about video games. He will also be helping our instructional design team. We are excited to have him join our Dream Team!
A fun fact about Dean that not too many people know: he has traveled across the country to attend multiple video game events as media.
